
Born in 1952, Dr. Robert E. Brogdon grew up in
Florida. He pursued the career of a business man until 1981, when he accepted the call of God on his life. In ’82 Dr. Brogdon went back to school, attending
Rhema
Bible
Training
Center in
Tulsa,
Oklahoma, where he graduated in ’84. After graduating Rhema Dr. Brogdon was called to the mission field in
Central America, where in ’85 he founded El Shaddai Bible Training Centre of Belize. While in
Central America, Dr. Brogdon planted numerous churches and reached out in the area through a tent ministry, as well as training many ministers. In ’89 Dr. Brogdon received his Master of Theology.
In ’93 Dr. Brogdon officially started New Covenant Fellowship which is located in Opelika, Alabama. It was to be a place to reach out into the world and a training center for the ministry. In ’03 he received His Doctorate Degree from Southern Bible Institute and Theological Seminary, a member of Southern Baptist Convention. Dr. Brogdon is also a Commissioner for Transworld Accrediting Commission International, which accredits and assists Theological Schools, Seminaries, Universities, Colleges and Programs throughout the world.
